TJABC Clips and Stuff: OVERCAFFEINATED EDITION!!!!

Filed under: The Jane Austen Book Club — Mags @ 12:30 am

Here you go, Franka ;-) Here’s today’s clips…

GRIGG’S A LITTLE OVERCAFFEINATED!!! AND TACTLESS!!!! HA HA HA HA HAAAAAA!

No matter what you do, the Fanny Wars are simply unavoidable (and we think Sylvia needs a Lord High Mayor of Wankerville t-shirt or something, and not necessarily about Edmund)

In other news, Medialoper praises and criticizes the TJABC website and Karen Joy Fowler’s website.

*SNORT* Your description alone of Grigg’s clip cracks me up even more than the actual clip! (Which is equally as funny)

Oh I definitely agree about this Grigg clip, it’s hilarious! :D (I managed to see some Grigg clips somewhere else already, but thanks a lot for posting it here as well, Mags. And very good of you to post a picture too, heehee! ;) ) I love it how he talks and talks and doesn’t notice how all the other women look kind of awkward, and then makes it even worse by throwing that HUGE book on the table! LOL! :D

I just found a (very) short interview with Hugh Dancy about the movie:

With the first post of clips, I didn’t necessarily see the potential of the movie. After catching up, I believe I’ll love it! :)

Sequels… Hee hee. Oh, and that volume Grigg bought is what sits on my bookshelf. I admire some of the newer covers, but I doubt my husband would look highly on my purchasing extra copies of Jane’s books when I have them in one large tome already…

Oh, for heaven’s sake, what is wrong with these critics? So what if KJF’s website shows up 8th in a google search. It not only showed up, this author has a HIT on her hands. More than this critic can brag about, I’ll warrant.
