Full song available from P&P musical
We heard from Josie Brown, one of the authors of the P&P musical to which we linked yesterday, and she said that each week they will post one of the songs from the musical in full (each song only will remain available for one week). This week’s song is “It Is A Truth,” sung by Darcy and Bingley.

What are the odds of two Pride and Prejudice musicals providing snippets of their songs online? The links sitting on my sidebar leads to Dorothy Lees-Blakey’s production. The production of the full song written by Rita Abrams and Josie Brown is much better than Ms. Lees-Blakey’s.

Thank you so much for your nice comment about our Pride and Prejudice songs. author Josie Brown and I are eager for Austenites to hear them, and hope to have a production onstage soon. Meanwhile I’m preparing to get the CD of the 16 songs from our production available for downloading online.
