I think this movie could become a guilty pleasure of mine, provided I can force myself to imagine that it’s main character just happens to have the same name as our beloved Jane Austen. Which, you know, she does. By some extraordinary coincidence.
Why couldn’t they just make it a random Regency drama? *sigh* About some random Made Up Character to go with the random Made Up Story?

A very guilty pleasure indeed - I left the baby at home with her dear papa and was enthralled three Sundays in a row while the film was screening in Australia!
