A summer with Jane Austen
The Madison Public Library in Madison, Alabama will run a “Summer with Jane Austen” program for May and June featuring free films and a summer book group discussion of Pride and Prejudice.
The schedule:
May 21 ….. Sense and Sensibility (1996)
June 4 ….. Pride and Prejudice, part 1 (1995)
June 11 ….. Pride and Prejudice, part 2
June 18 ….. Pride and Prejudice, part 3
All films begin at 6:00 pm. Popcorn and drinks will be provided.
The Pride and Prejudice book group begins May 30 at 12:30 pm. More information, including directions, is available from the Madison Public Library web site. What a nice way to start the summer!
