More cowbell!
More Lion Pride and Prejudice, actually. We posted a shorter version of this previously, but the longer version is really fun.

I never was a fan of this version. (Please understand, I am no 1995 snob; I wanted another good–or perhaps a great–version of P&P. I was sorely disapointed when I was finally able to see it.) So, there is something terribly funny about the lions “saying” those lines…

I’ll always preferred p&p ‘95 but I got chills. Hm. It might be something about not having to look at Keira & her awful hair. Although its more likely due to the fact that I always relate that music to Love Actually. (A movie I didn’t hate Keira in, just for the record.) But honestly for the most part I’d probably prefer the Keira version with lions. Her voice doesn’t irk me and I wouldn’t have to watch her stomp around in an old man’s coat.

I agree. I would prefer that version with the lions, except that her voice does irk me. However the lions were very cute.

Gives new meaning to Lydia’s “high animal spirits”!

I love the vultures at the end.

I like the way Mr. Lion Darcy’s eyes widen as Miss Lioness Elizabeth Bennet accuses him of things during the first proposal.

LOL me too, Reeba. And his mouth kind of drops open.
