More about Crystallised Beauty

Filed under: Audio, Mansfield Park 2007, Northanger Abbey 2007, Persuasion 2007 — Heather L. @ 1:41 am

We blogged earlier about Crystallised Beauty, the music in the Austen Season teaser trailer, and our research attracted the notice of the composer himself! Mr. Phillip Sheppard has kindly provided the links to his official web site and his MySpace Music page, where you can listen to more of his compositions, view his concert schedule, learn about other films in which his music features, and more. Anybody who is interested in getting a copy of Crystallised Beauty may contact him through those sites and he will try to get the track to them if possible.

Many thanks to Mr. Sheppard for his help!

She did have a relationship with a young man and she did get excited about the prospects of their future. Things like all the letters and correspondents he sent her during their relationship were destroyed which asks the question, ‘what was in those letters that had to be destroyed?’

Napoleon’s plan for invading England? The Colonel’s Secret Recipe? The secret to nuclear fusion? Hey, any of those are as likely as the actual existence of such letters. (more…)
