Twin Pemberleys

AustenBlog Reader Kirsty has been living the life of an heroine lately: invited to visit friends in Derbyshire! She visited both Chatsworth (Pemberley in P&P3) and Lyme Park (Pemberley in P&P2) and took photos to share with her blog readers. Lyme Park is covered in scaffolding and looks a bit sad–but still great–and Chatsworth is simply spectacular, but we knew that. ;-) Check out her pics of Mr. Darcy’s bust and Miss Bennet’s gown.

(We can’t wait to go back to the U.K.–seven hours of dehydration and boredom or not.)
