More on Region 1 P&P3 DVD
Seems there are some discrepancies on the R1 release date…several sites are reporting the release date as February 28 rather than March 14.
DVD Times has a list of the extras, which does not look as extensive as the extras for the R2 disc.
$29.95 seems rather expensive for a single DVD, doesn’t it?

Even though I’ve snarked about this adaptation, I had hopes for the DVD–but this is a woeful list of extras at a high price! But I’ve snarked enough on my own blog under the heading: “It’s All in the Extras…”

Me too. I am used to the 2DVD boxset where one dvd contains exclusive extra features.

All I can say is, thank goodness for multi-region DVD players. I’ll be buying the Region 2 disc.

Does anyone know if the companion book to P&P3 produced by the production company Workingtitlefirlms is also available in the US??

Anita, if you look at Keiraweb.com Paul has reported that these books are available on US e-bay. There is also a sample page of “The Kiss” which appears in the book. They may become a collectors item, so would be worth having a look.
