“Jane Austen maniac” wins teaching award

Filed under: Jane in the News — Mags @ 8:42 pm

Marcella Woodman, who teaches British literature at Nashua (New Hampshire) High School North and a self-described “Jane Austen maniac,” won a special award given by the students to honor their favorite teacher. Congratulations to Marcella! And to her students as well, who have the benefit of such an obviously intelligent and discerning individual as their teacher. ;-)
